It is a “canestrato” semi-hard cheese, matured 4/6 months, of small dimensions and weight (2 kg).
The taste is sharp, balanced and persistent, and fully satisfies the most demanding cheese lovers.
Canestrato Real Cabre is available in whole cheese.
Real Cabre production is completely different from any other Ca.Bre production. It is produced by using Grana Padano natural whey inocolum, that is whey residues from Grana processing left at a precise temperature for about 24 hours and containing micro-organisms for acidification. So, even though it is a semi-matured cheese, Real Cabre may remind Grana Padano when you taste it for its intense and smooth taste.
